Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design activities between internal teams, consultants, and project management.
- Review, verify, and consolidate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements and codes.
- Ensure timely submission of design deliverables, IFC drawings, and consultant review comments.
- Resolve design conflicts between disciplines and ensure multidisciplinary coordination.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site and project teams on architectural matters.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of submissions, revisions, approvals, and design clarifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 5–10 years experience in architectural coordination for contracting and consulting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and design standards.
- Experience in reviewing and coordinating designs across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and site execution requirements.
