We are seeking a talented FF&E & OS&E Specialist / Furniture Stylist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in FF&E and OS&E selection, sourcing, procurement, and styling, along with strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and vendor market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead FF&E & OS&E selection, procurement, and styling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Source and specify FF&E & OS&E items that meet functional, aesthetic, and quality requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based suppliers and vendors
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and detailed FF&E & OS&E schedules
- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Stay up to date with market trends, finishes, materials, and new suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on FF&E & OS&E
- Proven experience in FF&E & OS&E selection, sourcing, and procurement
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software (Sketch Up, Revit, Archi
CAD, or 3ds Max) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Salary package based on experience
