Senior Architect (Concept Design) is a vital role in the architectural and design industry, responsible for spearheading the conceptual phase of architectural projects, which sets the vision and foundation for successful project delivery. • Lead the development and execution of innovative architectural concept designs.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture design requirements and objectives.
• Ensure design concepts adhere to regulatory and sustainability standards and practices.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and design team members for project success.
• Conduct design reviews and feasibility assessments to streamline project execution.
• Interpret technical specifications to inform the conceptual design process effectively.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and project stakeholders regularly.
• Leverage advanced software for architectural rendering and visualization of designs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to incorporate various design elements creatively.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design documents and presentations for client approval.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate the latest design innovations and practices.
• Ensure all conceptual designs align with the project's branding and marketing strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a preference for a Master's in Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on concept design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into feasible designs.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of architectural design principles, regulations, and sustainability.
• Proven leadership skills in managing design teams and executing large-scale projects.
