Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered professional membership preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion/Twinmotion, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, MS Office
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
• Experience in medium to large-scale projects
• Exposure to mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and commercial typologies
• Familiarity with Middle East construction practices preferred

• Participate in project visioning, conceptual design, and reporting
• Develop design from concept to construction documentation

• Ensure compliance with local and international codes
• Prepare submissions for statutory authorities
• Develop models using industry-standard software
