Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Luxury Jobs is a leading recruitment agency in the luxury industry, specializing in placing top talent in prestigious companies around the world. Our client, a renowned luxury company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join their team.

As an Architect with our company, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of high-end luxury properties in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and luxury.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design requirements for luxury properties
• Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to select the best materials for each project
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed according to the design plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in luxury architecture and design

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury architecture, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-end, luxury designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus
