Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed design drawings.
• Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.
• Assist in material selection and finishing details.
• Prepare presentation drawings and project documentation.
• Support the Senior Architect in project planning and design coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience as an architect.
• Experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high‑rise projects.
• Airport project experience.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up.
• Good knowledge of building codes and authority requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
