Job Title: Architectural Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to monitor and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting finishing works and ensuring construction activities meet design and regulatory requirements.

• Inspect architectural works on-site including finishing, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and cladding.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship used in architectural works.
• Review and verify shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Identify non‑conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project quality standards.
• Monitor progress of finishing works and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and site activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector.
• Strong experience in architectural finishing works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high‑rise projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural materials and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with airport projects.
