Job Description

Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor's architectural and interior design works, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

• Inspect contractors' works.
• Review and comment on submittals.
• Forward submittals to the concerned designer for response.
• Obtain samples and quotations when required.
• Prepare reports and recommendations and coordinate all architectural and interior design works with other disciplines.
• Review and authorize the inspector's daily reports.
• Prepare the portion of the weekly report and provide input to the monthly project report.
• Review comments on material submittals concerning constructability in support of the AOR and witness field tests.
• Review as-built drawings.
• Report quality non-conformances and assist in closing them out.
• Report safety violations to the HSE Manager during site inspections.
• Work with the project site team.
• Coordinate and manage the technical input of other disciplines during the construction stage.
• Ensure satisfactory management and control of inward and outward documentation.
• Develop and build client relationships.
• Supervise the work of other team members.

• Degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD competent and able to work independently with minimum supervision within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Experience in various building types such as multi‑residential, leisure, hotels, retail, offices, and mixed‑use developments.
• Ability to interpret project specifications, client requirements, and constructability requirements.
• Ability to prepare project‑specific quality plans and implement essential coordination issues in accordance with Atkins quality procedures.
• Desirable Middle East experience.
