Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for designing and managing the technical aspects of architectural projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month suitable for Indian nationals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

• Design and develop plans, specifications and drawings for architectural projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure project success
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed designs
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards and regulations in Abu Dhabi
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
