Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Preparing all graphic designs and audio‑visual material.
• Receiving and assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to all activities.
• Updating the company or organization's website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia.
• Preparing all audio‑visual materials in the facility, including marketing materials, print layouts, logos, images, and promotional tools.
• Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials.
• Designing, developing, completing, and distributing all printed material as communicated by the Graphic Designer/Multimedia Officer.
• Meeting with clients to establish their needs, using design software to complete projects and revising based on client feedback.
• Keeping records of all graphic design activities.
• Participating in all team efforts, collaborating with other members, and promoting effective communication and interdepartmental liaison.
• Complying with SEHA policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements, including licensure, certification, and mandatory training.
• Maintaining confidentiality as per facility policy.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting a customer‑focused philosophy with stakeholders.
• Performing additional duties as assigned relevant to basic responsibilities.
• Adhering to occupational health and safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness guidelines.
• Continuously developing skills, dressing appropriately, and building key partnerships within the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or an equivalent discipline. High School diploma in a relevant field is desired.

Specialist Certifications

Required:

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other graphic design software. Desired:
None.

Experience

Required:

Several years of professional experience in graphic design, interior design, or a related field. Experience in a large healthcare facility is desired.

Proficiency in English language, MS Office, and computer skills.

Time management and strong written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in Arabic language desired.
