Position: Graphic Designer (SEHA)

Job Description Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Preparing all graphic designs and audio visual material
  • Receiving and assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to all activities
  • Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia
  • Preparing all audio‑visual materials in the facility
  • Preparing marketing materials, building print layouts, providing creative input, developing and designing logos and images, and developing designs for promotional tools
  • Laminating, binding and photocopying educational materials
  • Designing, developing, completing and distributing all printed material as communicated by Graphic Designer/Multimedia Officer
  • Meeting with clients to establish their needs, using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback
  • Keeping records on all graphic designing activities as communicated by Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer
  • Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia
  • Participating in all team efforts as required
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly
  • Promoting effective communication strategies within the team and maintaining interdepartmental liaison

SEHA Compliance Guidelines

Complying with policies, procedures and practices of the SEHA facilities and other regulatory requirements. Complying consistently with facility policies, procedures and practices and ensuring alignment with SEHA facilities policies. Completing and maintaining regulatory requirements including licensure and certification and other mandatory training within established time frames.

Maintaining Confidentiality

Maintaining confidentiality with regards to any information exchanged or received in the current capacity of role in accordance with facility policy.

Promoting Customer Service Standards

Assuming the role of a brand ambassador for the facility and promoting a customer‑focused philosophy in dealing with any stakeholders. Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/division and also with other departments/sections within the facility. Performing any other duties as may be assigned relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role.

Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Adhering to requirements of the occupational health and safety guidelines and infection control guidelines. Understanding and adhering to emergency preparedness plans/policies.

Ensuring Personal Effectiveness

Recognizing the necessity of continuously developing skills and acquiring additional knowledge appropriate to the position. Dressing appropriately to meet the expectations of the specific work area and in alignment with the occupational health and safety policies. Building key partnerships within the organization for pursuing client‑centered, comprehensive, integrated systems of care. Complying with any regulations related to mentoring, training, development of UAE nationals staff.

Qualifications,

Certifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Interior Design, or in any other relevant or equivalent discipline (Required).
  • High School Diploma in relevant field (Desired).
  • Certifications:

    proficiency in Adobe, Premier and Adobe Illustrator (Required).
  • Professional experience: several years in graphic design, interior design, or any other relevant or equivalent discipline (Required).
  • Experience in a large healthcare facility (Desired).
Additional Requirements

Proficiency in English language, MS Office and computer proficiency, time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Arabic language.
