Graphics & Drafting Officer - Real Estate

We are looking for a Graphics & Drafting position for a prominent semi-government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. This position will be responsible for supporting the Design Management team by producing high-quality graphics, technical drawings, and presentation materials for real estate development projects.

• Prepare and develop high-quality graphic presentations, reports, and presentation materials.
• Produce CAD drawings, architectural graphics, illustrations, diagrams, and infographics.
• Support master planning and architectural teams with graphic visualization and drafting requirements.
• Ensure all visual materials comply with company branding and graphic standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, designers, and consultants to deliver project presentations.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for senior management, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Perform image editing, post-production, and visual enhancements when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay up to date with the latest graphic design trends, software, and visualization techniques.
• Provide creative support across design and development projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in graphic design, drafting, or architectural visualization, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Experience working with a real estate developer or design consultancy is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and MS Office.
• Strong presentation, visualization, illustration, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
