3D Visualiser and Fabricator

The 3D Visualizer & Fabricator is responsible for transforming conceptual designs into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and physical installations. This role bridges creative design and practical fabrication, ensuring that visual concepts are accurately realized through technical drawings, material selection, and hands‑on construction. The position supports both digital visualization and physical production, contributing to impactful displays and environments while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

• Diploma or degree in 3D design, industrial design, architecture, fine arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer and/or Fabricator, preferably in exhibitions, events, or production settings
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Rhino, V‑Ray, Blender, or similar)
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentation and design refinement
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, design briefs, and technical plans
• Experience creating fabrication‑ready technical drawings and material specifications
• Strong understanding of materials (wood, acrylic, metal, foam) and their appropriate application
• Competent in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in both visual output and physical builds
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with design and fabrication teams
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift, transport, and install fabricated pieces when required
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Valid driver's license (preferred, especially if travel to installation sites is needed)

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and models based on design briefs, architectural drawings, and concept sketches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to interpret ideas and produce accurate design solutions.
• Revise 3D designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create technical drawings, material specifications, and render packages for presentation and production purposes.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of all visual assets and project files.
• Support the construction and assembly of displays, set pieces, and installations according to approved 3D designs.
• Work with materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, and foam using hand and power tools.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of installations on‑site when required.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure designs are production‑ready and feasible.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed throughout the fabrication process.
• Demonstrate a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Must have proven workmanship skills and a commitment to quality.
