Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Design Manage
r to lead and manage the complete design process for high-end interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design development from concept creation through detailed design, authority approvals, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, project budgets, and timelines

• sLead the design process from concept development through schematic, detailed design
• Manage and coordinate architectural, interior design, joinery, and MEP design requirements
• Review design drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure compliance with project objectives and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and approval requirements
• Provide technical guidance on joinery details, finishes, materials, and construction methodologies
• Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design packages
• Support project teams during execution by resolving design-related issues and providing technical clarifications
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices in interior fit-out design

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectur
  e or Interior Desig
  n
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experienc
  e in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, interior materials, and fit-out construction techniques
• Thorough understanding of UAE authority approval processes and regulations
• Proven experience managing the full design lifecycle from concept to IFC documentation
• Experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
