Position Title:

Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting to join a growing Graphic & Design Communications team. This is a newly created position driven by the continued expansion of the design function. Reporting directly to the Graphic & Design Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality visual communications that support executive‑level decision‑making across a diverse range of design disciplines.

This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. It requires an individual with a strong understanding of architecture, master planning, landscape, interiors, and urban design, capable of transforming complex technical information into compelling, presentation‑ready materials for senior stakeholders and C‑suite executives.

• Develop high-quality presentations for executive leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Create visually compelling communication materials for projects across:
  Master planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture.
• Translate complex technical and design information into clear, engaging graphical presentations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Produce infographics, diagrams, visual narratives, and presentation graphics that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure consistent visual communication across projects.
• Support internal design reviews, executive presentations, and strategic project communications.
• Maintain high standards of graphic quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in:
  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketch Up.
• Ability to prepare graphics using architectural and master planning data.

• Experience with in a design consultancy, architecture practice, real‑estate developer, or multidisciplinary design environment.
• Proven experience creating executive‑level presentations and board papers.
• Strong understanding of architecture, urban design, and master planning projects.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and project documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex design information through clear visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will be confident working with senior leadership, producing polished executive presentations, and translating technical information into impactful visual communications.
