As a Senior BIM Modeler (ELV), you will play a leading role in developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for a wide range of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Working closely with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, project engineers, consultants, and site teams, you will ensure BIM deliverables meet project specifications, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination objectives while mentoring junior BIM professionals and driving modelling excellence.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for ELV systems, including Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Audio-Visual (AV), Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), SMATV/IPTV, Intercom, Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and other low‑current systems.
• Create accurate 3D Revit models based on design mark‑ups, consultant drawings, and redlined documentation.
• Produce coordinated routing layouts for cable trays, conduits, trunking, containment systems, and equipment installations.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, builder's work drawings, sleeve layouts, installation details, and composite services drawings.
• Organize and maintain drawing sheets and BIM documentation in accordance with project and company standards.
• Support BIM Coordinators by exporting model views, conducting preliminary clash checks, and assisting with model validation activities.
• Incorporate design revisions, RFIs, consultant comments, and site changes into BIM models.
• Maintain model quality through consistent family usage, naming conventions, object data management, and file hygiene.
• Produce coordinated installation drawings, detailing views, and construction documentation to support project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
• Lead BIM modelling activities for assigned project zones or systems.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, parametric components, and custom model elements.
• Work with BIM Coordinators to identify, coordinate, and resolve multidisciplinary design clashes.
• Coordinate vendor‑specific BIM content provided by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and support junior BIM Modelers by promoting BIM standards, modelling best practices, and efficient workflows.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required to support project and business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of BIM/Revit modelling experience, including at least 5 years specialising in ELV systems.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, including Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, AV, PAVA, SMATV/IPTV, GRMS, BMS, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD 100–500).
