Landscape Manager

We're looking for an experienced Manager, Landscape Design (Technical) to join a leading real estate development team in the Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior landscape professional who is passionate about delivering technically outstanding, high-quality public realm and landscape projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of complex landscape projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout construction.
• Review design packages, consultant submissions, shop drawings, and material selections.
• Provide technical leadership during construction and site supervision.
• Drive quality assurance, design compliance, and technical excellence across multiple projects.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary landscape design team while collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and design coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in landscape design and real estate development.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale landscape and public realm projects within the GCC/UAE.
• Strong technical detailing, construction documentation, and site supervision expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up/Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is essential;
  Arabic is an advantage.
