We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, management, and governance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across multiple development projects, ensuring efficient collaboration between design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and execution plans across all projects.
• Establish BIM requirements for consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, industry best practices, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Drive BIM adoption and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

• Oversee BIM implementation from concept design through construction and handover.
• Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage model coordination processes and facilitate clash detection reviews.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, project milestones, and consultant performance.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective BIM integration.
• Act as the primary BIM point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.

• Establish model quality control procedures and auditing processes.
• Ensure accurate asset information and data requirements are captured for facilities management and handover.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document control processes related to BIM.

• Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and BIM Specialists.
• Conduct BIM training sessions and promote best practices across the organization.
• Support recruitment and development of BIM resources as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• BIM-related certifications preferred (Autodesk Certified Professional, Building SMART, etc.).

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate development sector.
• At least 5 years in a BIM management role overseeing large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.
• Experience working on the developer/client side is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Planning.
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, and digital project delivery.
• Familiarity with facilities management integration and asset information requirements.
