, has been appointed by an Emirati family to develop the concept design of their future villa: a truly bioclimatic home designed around passive strategies, healthy materials, and high energy performance. The project proposal includes sustainable construction systems such as Earth Wall
, climate-responsive design, and innovative bioclimatic technologies.
We are now looking for a licensed Architecture Firm or Freelance Architect based in Abu Dhabi who can:
Sign and stamp the project.
Prepare the detailed construction drawings.
Define the structural system project
Define the electrical and mechanical installation projects
Manage the authority approvals and municipality submissions.
Coordinate directly with the client throughout the approval process.
Supervise the project during construction.
The project is financed through an FAB construction loan of AED 1.75 million
, which includes:
- 2% Design Fee
- 2% Supervision Fee
We are looking for a partner willing to work within this fee structure.
Our role will be to lead the concept design
, define the sustainable and bioclimatic strategies, select materials and construction technologies, and work alongside the appointed architect throughout the detailed design process to ensure the project achieves its sustainability and energy performance goals.
