We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation across building and villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing BIM standards, managing project coordination, overseeing multidisciplinary models, and ensuring compliance with project requirements from design through construction.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in BIM, including 3+ years in a BIM Manager role.
- Strong experience in building and villa construction projects
. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Auto desk Construction Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650, and BIM standards.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM implementation across multiple building and villa projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows.
- Manage and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and project milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM Coordinators and Modelers.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) and document control processes.
- Support project planning, quantity take-offs, 4D/5D BIM, and digital construction initiatives.
