We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for building and villa construction projects. The successful candidate will support project teams by managing model coordination, clash detection, BIM documentation, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on building construction projects.
• Experience in residential buildings and villa projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of BIM standards and construction workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
