Content Creator ​/ Video Editor

We're hiring at Perfect Balance Centre in Abu Dhabi.

Perfect Balance is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic providing evidence-based care across physiotherapy, women's health, sports injury rehabilitation, sports massage, nutrition, rehabilitation Pilates, speech and language therapy, and school-based occupational therapy.

We are looking for a creative and organised Content Creator / Video Editor to join our marketing team and support the production of professional short-form content for social media.

Position:
Content Creator / Video Editor

Level: Mid-Level

Salary:
Up to AED 6,000/month, depending on experience and portfolio

• Film short-form video content for social media, including Reels and vertical videos
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other digital platforms
• Support with content ideas, hooks, basic scripting, and visual storytelling
• Manage footage, assets, and project timelines in an organised way
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the marketing team to create accurate, brand-appropriate content
• Maintain visual consistency across all content

• Experience in video shooting, editing, lighting, audio capture, and camera operation
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar tools
• Good understanding of social media trends, short-form video, framing, pacing, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and graphic design principles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinical environment
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute

Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or professional service content is an advantage, but not mandatory.
