Architectural Technologist

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects ensuring they comply with building codes regulations and specifications

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings and plans
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
• Review designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD to create technical drawings
• Prepare material lists and cost estimates for construction projects
• Communicate with contractors suppliers and other professionals involved in the project
• Stay updated on new building materials techniques and technology

• Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500month
