Junior Architect (UAE National

To support the development and delivery of high-quality architectural designs in line with client requirements, project objectives, and industry standards. The role assists senior architects in preparing drawings, design documents, and project submissions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. The Junior Architect will also support coordination with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, contribute to project documentation and proposals.

• Assist in gathering and understanding client requirements, preferences, and project needs.
• Support senior architects in presenting design concepts, drawings, and revisions to clients and incorporating feedback as required.
• Assist in researching and recommending suitable materials, sustainable solutions, and environmentally responsible design approaches.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to support the accurate implementation of architectural designs during the construction phase.
• Assist in reviewing design changes and updating drawings and documents based on approved modifications.
• Ensure assigned design work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, accessibility standards, and company requirements.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and other design-related documents.
• Assist in preparing bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and other project-related submissions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up)
