BIM Modeler

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for fit-out and interior design projects Create detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM software Prepare shop drawings construction drawings and as-built drawings Coordinate architectural interior joinery furniture and MEP models Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts with project stakeholders Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications standards and client requirements Update models based on design revisions and site changes Extract plans elevations sections schedules and quantities from BIM models Support designers architects engineers and project teams with technical drawings and model information Participate in design coordination and project review meetings Maintain BIM documentation and model version control Assist in the preparation of material schedules and quantity take-offs Conduct quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness Coordinate with site teams to verify installation details and update as-built information Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in line with project schedules Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Engineering.

• Ø 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, Draftsman, or BIM Technician.
• Ø Experience in interior fit-out, design & build, construction, or architectural projects.
• Ø Strong knowledge of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.
• Ø Strong understanding of joinery and fit-out systems, including materials (MDF, veneers, laminates, hardwood), finishes, fixings, and hardware.
• Ø Knowledge of interior construction methods, detailing, and industry best practices.
• Ø knowledge of shop drawing production and approval workflows.
• Ø Knowledge of project lifecycle, from design development through to installation and handover.
• Ø Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM software
• Ø Professional in BIM modeling and drafting.
• Ø Skills in Clash detection, coordination and technical drawing preparation.
• Ø Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and coordination.
• Ø Ability to read and interpret architectural, , MEP, and structural drawings for coordination.
• Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ø Create accurate 3D BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify and resolve design clashes.
• Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical packages across different stages of the project.
• Ø Skills in tracking production, deliveries, and installations against project schedules.
• Ø Capable of troubleshooting on-site technical issues and proposing practical solutions quickly.
