Engineering Design & Technologists, CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Architect / Sr. Architect
Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Resolve design-related issues promptly to avoid delays and rework.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen.
Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Experience in shop drawings preparation and good in detailing. is advantage
Experience in managing and coordination of multiple disciplines and Subcontractors.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.Experience:
At least 10+ years in the construction field, with mandatory experience in a technical office within a contracting company.Proven experience in GCC countries, especially the UAE, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM; knowledge of Sketch Up/Rhino and 3D design software is an advantage.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentations.
Knowledge of Navisworks / BIM 360 (ACC) for clash detection and BIM coordination is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
