We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, drawings and models for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical, functional and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design development
- Research and incorporate new materials and technologies into design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and safety standards
- Review project plans at different stages of development to identify any potential issues or errors
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Salary 1000$ per month
This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi
