- Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences for kitchens and closets translating these into functional and beautiful design solutions
- Develop 3D renderings and detailed design proposals showcasing innovative layouts material selections and hardware options to inspire clients
- Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments to accurately measure spaces and identify any structural or technical considerations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment through to proposal presentation negotiation and closing the sale
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and design, specifically within the custom kitchen and closet industry.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision) is essential for creating compelling visuals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate design concepts clearly.
