Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Relevant experience working on projects in Al Ain / Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of Al Ain Municipality / Abu Dhabi Municipality codes, regulations, and requirements
- Proven experience handling municipality submissions and approvals
- Strong ability to prepare architectural drawings and authority submission documents
- Advanced skills in 3dMax and realistic architectural rendering are a MUST
- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and architectural visualization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage - Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
