CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Engineering Design & Technologists, Architect / Sr. Architect
Prepare and revise architectural shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Develop coordination drawings by integrating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Produce accurate as-built drawings based on site modifications and completed works.
Review IFC drawings, specifications, and project documents prior to drafting.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, local regulations, and developer requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records of drawing revisions and approvals.
Support project teams with technical drafting and design coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Drafting
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
Strong experience in building/construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Experience in shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
Strong coordination skills with consultants and site teams.
UAE construction experience is must
