The Landscape Architect will develop outdoor environments that balance design quality, practical functionality, and environmental considerations. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, the position will contribute to landscape concepts and master plans while taking designs through development, technical documentation, coordination, and implementation. The role requires an understanding of the environmental conditions influencing landscape architecture in Abu Dhabi, including climate, soil, water management, and other local factors.

• Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies to inform landscape design decisions.
• Evaluate climate, soil conditions, water management, and relevant environmental factors specific to the Abu Dhabi region.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation that clearly communicate landscape design intent.
• Manage design development from initial concepts through final construction documentation.
• Maintain consistency between landscape solutions, project objectives, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate landscape elements into wider project frameworks.
• Incorporate sustainable landscape practices, including water conservation, native planting, and climate-responsive design strategies.
• Prepare and present landscape design proposals to clients.
• Review client feedback and refine concepts through iterative design development.
• Coordinate with contractors during project implementation and conduct site inspections where required.

The position requires a combination of landscape design capability and digital visualization skills. • Advanced proficiency with 3D visualization tools such as Sketch Up, Revit, or similar BIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, spatial planning, and site analysis methodologies.
• Experience with GIS software and digital mapping tools for environmental analysis.
