Interior Design - Senior Manager

A prominent Abu Dhabi-based master developer with a diversified portfolio spanning premium residential communities, hospitality, education and lifestyle assets.

Responsible for Interior Design functions through all stages of design in the generation of test fits research, design studies, documentation, FF&E, drafting and technical analysis.

• Produce interior design packages for various projects from Pre Design to Detailed design.
• Generate internal research and benchmarking documents.
• Prepare interior design presentations as required for various projects.
• Produce test fits for layouts, design collateral, presentations, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and approvals.
• Research and source high quality interiors products including bespoke items, fittings,
• soft furnishings, lighting, furniture, sanitary ware, pictures, and accessories to designer’s
• Perform necessary coordination and review on mockups, show apartments, villas or units for final implementation on the ground.
• Act as a subject matter expert on local vendors supporting architectural and interior design functions, providing relevant information throughout the design and build process.
• Develop consultant and bidder lists based on market research and technical analysis.
• Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, fostering strong, long-term relationships and building collaborative, integrated teams.

• Degree in Interior Design.
• 10-15 years of experience, with a real estate developer, or consultancy.
• Extensive UAE experience, with a strong understanding of local design requirements and considerations.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated expertise in space planning.
• Ability to develop accurate, clear and visually compelling presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in design and presentation software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office.
