Responsible for leading and coordinating the architectural design and development of residential, villa, and home-development projects from concept through construction and handover. The role ensures that designs meet client requirements, approved drawings, applicable UAE regulations, authority requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
- Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Coordinate architectural designs with Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and identify design conflicts before construction.
- Prepare drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with Municipality, ADM, DM, Trakhees, or other applicable authorities.
- Attend authority meetings and address technical comments.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction follows approved designs.
- Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions.
- Coordinate design revisions with clients and consultants.
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
- Monitor design-related issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Maintain proper architectural documentation and revision control.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Home Country Licensemandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in residential, villa, or home-development projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
. - Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction materials.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
