CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Engineering Design & Technologists, Architect / Sr. Architect, Interior Design
Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out and interior projects.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and layouts as per project requirements.
Develop drawings based on site measurements, design concepts, and consultant/client requirements.
Coordinate drawings with site engineers, project managers, joinery, MEP, and other trades.
Revise drawings based on site conditions, approvals, and design changes.
Prepare joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, partition, and architectural details
.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved designs.
Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
Coordinate with the QS and project team for quantities and material requirements.
SkillsDiploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
; knowledge of Sketch Up/Revit is an advantage.
Previous experience in fit-out/interior projects preferred.
Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
