Design Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative, functional, and visually compelling architectural concepts. The role involves translating project requirements, client needs, and design objectives into thoughtful architectural solutions while balancing aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and technical considerations.

Key responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, schematic designs, space planning, layouts, elevations, and presentation materials. The Design Architect will prepare drawings, 3D models, renderings, and design presentations to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and project teams. The role also involves coordinating with engineers, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are effectively developed and integrated.

The Design Architect is expected to review design requirements, explore appropriate materials and architectural solutions, incorporate feedback, and refine designs throughout the project development process. The role also requires maintaining design quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards, project requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, building materials, construction methods, and design development.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to develop creative architectural concepts and translate ideas into clear drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations.
• Strong understanding of composition, proportion, scale, materials, lighting, and architectural aesthetics.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong design presentation abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and relevant building standards is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable approach with a strong interest in contemporary architectural design and emerging technologies.
