Architect / Sr. Architect, CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Engineering Design & Technologists, Interior Design
The Architect is responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, and producing detailed plans for buildings and built environments. This role involves translating project requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and practical design solutions while considering spatial planning, building regulations, safety standards, and construction requirements.
Key responsibilities include developing architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, three-dimensional models, and presentation materials. The Architect evaluates site conditions, spatial requirements, design objectives, materials, and building systems to create cohesive architectural solutions that align with project specifications and client expectations.
The position involves coordinating with structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs are integrated with relevant technical systems. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, identifying design conflicts, incorporating feedback, and updating architectural documentation to maintain consistency throughout the design and development process.
The Architect prepares design documentation, specifications, schedules, and technical submissions for project reviews and approval processes. The role also includes assessing material selections, building layouts, accessibility considerations, environmental performance, and construction methods to support practical implementation and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Additionally, the Architect supports design presentations, project meetings, drawing reviews, and construction coordination activities. The position requires maintaining accurate design records, managing drawing revisions, monitoring design deliverables, and communicating technical information clearly to relevant stakeholders. The Architect also contributes to design development by exploring innovative approaches, improving space utilization, and incorporating sustainable design principles where appropriate.
The successful candidate demonstrates a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and organizational ability. The role emphasizes design accuracy, effective collaboration, attention to detail, and the delivery of high‑quality architectural solutions that respond to functional needs, aesthetic objectives, and project requirements.
