Product Designer

Design clear, bilingual interfaces for the AI tools teams use to label data, run agents and record real work.

You will design the products people use to work with CNTXT's AI: the portals where teams label and review data, the dashboards where Arabic voice and chat agents are watched live, and the apps where contributors record real work. The job is to make complex AI tools clear, fast and trustworthy, in Arabic and English.

• Design end-to-end flows for our products, from first sketch to shipped interface, working closely with engineering and the people who use them.
• Turn complex AI work, such as labelling, review queues, model evaluation and live call monitoring, into interfaces that are simple to understand and quick to use.
• Design right-to-left and left-to-right layouts that work equally well in Arabic and English.
• Run quick research with real users, including annotators, operations teams and enterprise customers, and bring what you learn back into the design.
• Build and look after a shared design system so our products feel like one family.
• Prototype interactions and motion to test ideas before they are built.

• A portfolio that shows product design work you shipped, and the thinking behind it.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a clear eye for hierarchy, type and detail.
• Confidence designing data-heavy tools such as dashboards, tables, review queues or editors.
• Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout and prototyping.
• Comfort working with engineers, product managers and AI researchers, and explaining your decisions in plain words.
• Care for accessibility and for how a product feels on both desktop and phone.

• Arabic reading and writing, or experience designing bilingual right-to-left products.
• Experience designing for AI products, such as model outputs, confidence or human review.
• Front-end skills (HTML, CSS, React) to prototype in code.
