Job description
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings and layouts for interior fit-out works
- Convert design intent architectural and interior design drawings into accurate construction documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and design teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements
- Update and revise drawings based on client consultant or site feedback
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, specifications and quality requirements
- Assist in creating material take-offs schedules and coordination drawings for procurement and site execution
- Collaborate closely with the site team to resolve design-related issues during execution
- Maintain organized records of all drawings revisions and project documentation
- Support the team in coordinating with consultants and suppliers for design approvals
- Ensure drawings are delivered in a timely manner to meet project schedules
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketch Up 3D Max or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of finishes and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
- Detail-oriented organized and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Proven experience in producing high-quality technical drawings and shop drawings
- General Knowledge of the interior fit-out/joinery industry & competition
