Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to oversee architectural planning, building design, and project development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural concepts, space planning, construction design, and technical coordination to deliver functional, sustainable, and high-quality building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, developers, and project consultants.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate building design requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage design revisions, project documentation, and approval submissions.
- Recommend suitable building materials, layouts, and construction solutions.
- Monitor design progress and coordinate project requirements with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, building consultancy, or design coordination.
- Strong knowledge of building design principles, construction methods, and architectural standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or other architectural design software.
- Understanding of building regulations, planning approvals, and construction documentation.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
