We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant OBGYN with proven leadership capabilities to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care while also contributing to strategic planning, departmental leadership, and mentoring junior staff.

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgeries.
• Lead and supervise the OBGYN department, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient‑centered care plans.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development.
• Mentor and train junior physicians, residents, and medical students.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the department.

• Medical degree with specialization in obstetrics & gynecology.
• Board certification (e.g., American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of post‑specialization experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior consultant role.
• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of clinical innovation and quality improvement.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital health tools.
