Role OverviewWe are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced Arabic‑speaking Specialist OBGYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence‑based practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high‑risk pregnancies.
- Perform gynecological procedures including D&C, colposcopy, and fertility‑related interventions.
- Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well‑being.
- Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic‑speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery.
- Perform cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies.
- Language requirement: fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Certification:
Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent). - Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility required.
- Experience:
minimum 5 years post‑specialization in a hospital or women’s health clinic. - Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domains.
