Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon (UK CCT / American Board) - Abu Dhabi
We are currently seeking a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East in Abu Dhabi.
As a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with patients ranging from newborns to adolescents, diagnosing and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient's condition
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient's individual needs
- Perform surgical procedures, including casting, corrective surgeries, and fracture repair
- Monitor and follow up on patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on preventative measures and post‑treatment care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient
- Keep updated with the latest medical advancements and techniques in pediatric orthopedics
- Participate in staff meetings, educational events, and conferences to share knowledge and expertise
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards in patient care and practice management
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Pediatric Orthopedics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopedic in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Proficient in performing surgical procedures and using the latest medical technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English;
Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
