Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients with cancer.
- Create and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans.
- Administer radiation treatments and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with medical and surgical oncologists and other specialists.
- Educate patients and families about the treatment process and available resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuing education and research efforts within the field of radiation oncology.
- M.D. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, with specialization in Radiation Oncology.
- Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required.
- Active medical license to practice.
- Extensive experience in radiation therapy and management of cancer patients.
- Familiarity with the latest radiation techniques and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams.
