Our company is looking for an expert Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our highly regarded medical team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing surgical procedures on patients with complex heart and thoracic conditions. We are searching for a dedicated professional who prioritizes patient care and has a passion for advancing surgical practices.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with cardiothoracic issues
• Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient needs and the latest clinical guidelines
• Perform a variety of advanced surgical procedures, including valve repair/replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, and lung surgeries
• Utilize minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever possible to maximize patient recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless patient care from preoperative assessment through postoperative management
• Monitor patients during recovery, effectively managing any complications that arise
• Engage in clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in the field of cardiothoracic surgery
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Completed residency in General Surgery followed by a Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship
• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery
• Expertise in a broad range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of thoracic and cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Aptitude for making quick, informed decisions in high-stress environments
• Commitment to continuous education and staying abreast of advancements in cardiothoracic surgery
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
