Our company is excited to announce an opening for a Consultant in Family Medicine to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential healthcare services to patients of all ages, emphasizing preventive care and the management of chronic conditions. Your contributions will be vital in fostering health and wellness in our community and building lasting relationships with patients.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care strategies
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at improving public health awareness

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine is required
• Current medical license to practice in the state of employment
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical Family Medicine role
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage diverse patient populations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients
• A collaborative approach to working within a healthcare team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
