AED 55,000.00/yr – AED 85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients, addressing both elective and emergency surgical needs
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and develop tailored surgical treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and cohesive patient care
- Monitor patient recovery post‑surgery and manage any complications or follow‑up care effectively
- Provide counsel and education to patients and their families regarding surgical options, risks, and recovery processes
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and records for all surgeries performed
- Stay abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in pediatric surgery to enhance patient outcomes
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Pediatric Surgery
- Board certification in Pediatric Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Significant experience performing pediatric surgical procedures in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, surgical techniques, and postoperative management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with children and families
- Ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
