• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the appropriate surgical interventions for patients
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Manage the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation of all surgical cases and patient interactions
• Educate patients and their families about surgical options, procedures, and recovery plans

• A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Completion of residency in General Surgery
• Board certification in General Surgery is highly preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of post-residency experience in a surgical role
• Proficient in performing a variety of surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interactions
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
