• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess neurological conditions.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and expert care.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes.
• Engage in clinical research to contribute to advancements in neurosurgery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation per healthcare regulations.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Neurosurgery is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in performing neurosurgical procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of neurological disorders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
