- Lead and manage the interventional cardiology team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Perform complex interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and cardiac catheterizations.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and protocols to enhance patient care and safety.
- Oversee the training and mentorship of cardiology fellows and junior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to the advancement of interventional cardiology practices.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in the field.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Interventional Cardiology.
- Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
- A valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in interventional cardiology with proven leadership experience.
- Expertise in performing a wide range of interventional cardiac procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
