• Lead and manage the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of patient care.
• Perform and interpret complex imaging studies, including X‑rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
• Provide expert consultation to referring physicians and contribute to patient treatment planning.
• Mentor and train junior radiologists and imaging staff to promote professional development.
• Establish and enforce departmental protocols and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in continuous education and stay abreast of advances in radiology practices and technology.
• Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance collaboration and improve patient outcomes.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Radiology.
• Board certification in Radiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, with significant leadership experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various imaging modalities and proficient interpretation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage complex clinical situations.
